Radio Performances series

During a residence programm in Rotterdam I made a series of small art actions in different places of the city. I titled those actions “Radio Performances”. During my four month stay there, I found that the city had a special musical atmosphere. Some shops had noisy music, the car drivers were listening also noisy music, some young people had Ghettoblaster and I saw a lot of children making music at the school. Because of that I was on the street with a Ghettoblaster.
In the Radio Performance video “Domestic Productions” I burnt a CD with different dog barking sounds, and walked through a park with my radio and it plays this CD. At the park I met some dogs and they started to bark in confusion.
